"It all started with our former founder and leader, Farron Qiazon. He was an eldravan and one of the former heads of the IGCIA. His son Facrion Qiazon, a half-blood, was with the Intergalactic Senate at that time as a high official. To be exact, that happened roughly 300 years ago. Now Farron then formed the Farron Institute, named after him, see's a vision that all galaxies are unified by medicine. His plan was going well until the Purge started. To this day, no one knows who or what they are, but it was clear in its intent. To rule all life and make a new one in its dark and corrupted philosophy. Their first appearance was in the Kal-Taal galaxy, where the Uiop Federation got ambushed and; then obliterated. In response, the Intergalactic Senate rallied all galactic nations to prepare for war, but it was too late. They were fast, ruthless, and efficient; it did not take long for the senate to fall by their hands along with the other galactic nations. The IGCIA was hit worse, they were massacred, hunted, and even poached by those things, turning anyone into a reanimated flesh-eating corpse. Farron and the remaining IGCIA leaders barely escaped with only a handful of ships and men. The entire galaxies then turned their eyes to the Farron Institute, one of the few factions that still stands along with the Zqsal Empire. Farron took leadership and led countless men and women to protect and reclaim their lives. They fought hard for ten pain-staking years straight. The Zqsal Empire unfortunately, took most of those hits. Its seat of power was interrupted, thus the first Galactic War started. Before the fall of the Intergalactic Senate, the torch was passed to Facrion to be the new leader. Knowing this, he miraculously pulled all nations together and temporally formed them into one. Peace and order were brought into the galaxies for some time leading to a prosperous new age called the 'Roaring hundreds,' bringing innovation, tech, medicine, and breakthroughs to the en mass. Unfortunately, it all changed when Facrion killed his father and waged war against the Farron Institute. The Intergalactic Senate and nations strongly disagree with him until he started a rampage and killed anyone who defied him. His actions ironically started on the day of the anniversary when the peace treaty of all galaxies was formed and was now known to be 'The Elnostra Treaty.' Farron's closest friend, who I'm not allowed to say his name, took the new leadership and ordered the Farron Institute to move to the Unknown Regions where we remained for a couple of hundred years."

Foronza: Home of the Zqsal Empire, IGS (Intergalactic Senate), and the U.F.I.
The Foronza galaxy is rich in exotic and rare materials. Known to be the heart of trading in the entire galaxies
and the most powerful.
Maen: Home of the Qwat Kingdom and Kosmoidan Empire.
The Maen galaxy has a troubled past of these two factions fighting over who is dominant. Known to be the galaxy of wonders.
Lanwal: Home of the Galyion.
The Lanwal galaxy was used to be full of historical artifacts but now ransacked by pirates and shady companies.
Known to be the galaxy of yore.
Aeglo: Home of the Aigo Republic.
The Aeglo galaxy is the hub of banished individuals. Known to be the galaxy horrors.
Kal-Taal: Home of the Uiop Federation and the Independent Association of Buirk.
The Kal-Taal galaxy is where all good and bad politics reside in. Known to be the galaxy of decisions.
Iser and Fallon Lore
Intro:
Xorcile is a mysterious entity found by Farron and his son Facrion. Known to give powers to individuals who are deemed worthy by a "pure heart." These individuals are called an Iser. Loserrant is the same thing except it corrupts the person. These individuals are called the Fallon.
History:
In the year 5 ATP, Farron and his son Facrion found Xorcile, a mysterious entity dating back to the years of yore. Located at the center of Foronza, it was awakened by their presence and then granted Farron an unknown power. Before Fracrion receives his gift from Xorcile, Loserrant, an evil spirit, breaks free from his prison and takes control of Facrion. To his best efforts, he was not able to control himself, thus killing Farron. The two entities battle for dominance until the seal that was keeping them breaks. They then went out of their place and started to grant powers to people, which then enacted "The Birthright Revolution." Some of these individuals were surprised by these powers popping left and right across the galaxies. Others kept it a secret, while the rest were convinced that they are "higher class citizens." With that in mind, they challenge the intergalactic system of equality to its very core. After Farron's death, Bercult Malindos, the former third in command of the IGCIA, was now the new leader of the Farron Institute. He tried to stop the revolution but only to be defeated by the mad king Facrion who was now controlled by Loserrant.

Dating back to the early years of The Purge, a war that was waged by the galaxy eaters known as the TEZEX; the United Earth Space Organization (UESO), Intergalactic Central Intelligence Agency (IGCIA), and the Farron Institute (FI) formed a temporary unification of powers in response to the fall of multiple mega nations within the Intergalactic Senate (IGS). Known as the Decorum Intelligence Organization (DIO) it was led by Martani Dario (UESO), Nortvachove Paprinski (IGCIA), and Narniok Toa (FI), the best minds of the three factions.
During the mid-years of The Purge, the IGCIA and UESO were destroyed by overwhelming TEZEX forces, which crippled the war efforts of DIO, FI, and the IGS. A few months later, Narniok Toa was among the casualties of a failed escort mission by the Galyion.
After the end of The Purge, Martani and Nortvachove agreed to shelve DIO until another galactic threat emerges. They both named the procedure "Gates of Icarus." A few weeks after they resigned from duty, the "actions" of the new Zqsal king (Facrion), who was obsessed with reforming the galaxies to "his" own liking, forced Martani and Nortvachove to hide with the FI. At that time, Martani denied the opportunity to hypersleep and wished to live his life in peace.
Couple hundred ish years later.
After the failed attempt by the Intergalactic Senate to expose the survival of the Farron Institute known as the Trigon Incident, a rebellion took place among the ranks of the FI. Theodore McVal Emerson, a civilian extremist with great beliefs, led a violent raid to the HQ and managed to break in. He and the other protesters awoke the remaining DIO personnel from hypersleep, explaining the wrongdoings of the Gejol Administration. Convinced about the matter, Nortvachove Paprinski rallied his men and attempted to overthrow the president. Following procedure "Gates of Icarus," Nortvachove was able to take hold of the HQ for a few weeks until they were overwhelmed by FI forces. During the hold, the DIO resupplied majority of their ships and gathered information about what happened after a few centuries. Failed to overthrow the president, DIO escaped with heavy losses and managed to reach unmarked space via blackhole warp gates.

Once cradled by the FI, IGCIA, and UESO, the DIO sits comfortably during The Purge, spending an unfathomable amount of money on war efforts and secret explorations to the ruined Milky Way by orders of the UESO. Now on its own, the DIO is limited to weapon trades, hired espionage missions, and contract explorations. By working with different galactic nations, one of their methods of doubling their income is by money stocks, which are handled by the Sopheri branch.

The DIO is identified as a stratocracy government.
Technology=====================================
Consisting of old tech during The Purge, the DIO is vastly underpowered in terms of almost everything. No retrofitting took place during the shelving of the branch.

Relnai (Army)
Branch Head: Alatoro Niveat
DESC: The land forces of the DIO are known for fast takeovers of worlds but can't withstand long-term battles.
Weapons of Choice:
"Speed is strength" is the name of the game for the Relnai. Mainly using ballistics and sometimes laser weaponry, they can plow through bases or capture points. Don't expect them to hold the fort for too long, they heavily rely on Arxna to flatten heavy targets.
Arxna (Space Navy)
Branch Head: Bd Mehias
DESC: The primary force of DIO, known for their long-range attacks, adequate firepower, and sturdy defensive ships. The major weakness of this branch is its heavily outdated fleets and little to no shield technology.
Weapons of Choice:
Mainly sticking to ballistics and missiles, one of the Arxna's doctrines called "Falt" (derived from the UESO's "Archer" doctrine) to disable shields first via EMP missiles and then heavy shell barrage. Can be used the other way around. Arxna can't function efficiently if Televe is not updating the battle regularly.
Televe (Intelligiance)
Branch Head: James Ty
DESC: The secondary force of DIO, knowing IGCIA procedures, they can almost be efficient as the UFI's Ground Field Intelligence (GFI) branch without B.M.E.B.s or fancy devices.
Weapons of Choice:
One-to-one impersonation is not the Televe's strength, that is the main difference between the GFI. Patients is key for this branch whenever it grabs information from battle, constantly updating and formulating plans for the quickest route. Needs Sopheri to keep its brightest minds safe.
Sopheri (Inner Guard and Management)
Branch Head: Nathan T. Poles
DESC: The least capable branch of DIO, known for being understaffed and feeble assault capabilities. Even though they have these problems, their ability to act fast to threats makes it up.
