Through the manifestation of the anomaly, energy and materials have been collected in various ways, be it clashes between spacefarers, conflicts of survival against unknown beasts, or simply, leached away by the anomaly.
Coincidentally, with all the lives lost previously in the Parendam Beta incident and in the formation of the anomaly itself, all the criteria have been fulfilled.

The superstition remains of those died in discord conjured into a new being, with matter as its vessel and energy as its circulation, cradled within this domain reaping nutrients from surroundings and nurturing its growth...

"Hmm...interesting..."
A booming voice echos from the top of the podium,(which is like a small platform in the colosseum instead of ya know, podium) but still, no visual from where the drone is on. After waiting for a brief moment for the figure to show itself, the drone continues to attempt to harvest samples from its surroundings.*
"Wait.... wait a second, please don't damage the surroundings, it takes a lot of work to make all of this..."[/color]
At last, a head pokes out from the overhanging platform, and the figure ran down as fast as he can after confirming that the drone do wait for his explanation.
"ha...ha...sorry about that, just wanted to do that to whatever enters here, anyway, what even are you? You don't look like those that lurk outside, and you certainly don't flop much."

The drone moves away from the podium and stands still for a few seconds before a voice can be heard, though its not like the drones voice
"Hello! Sorry about pocking around, we though this place was deserted so we sent in a drone to figure out what happened to this station, seems like it wasn't as deserted as we originally though. I am Ra, Sister of Selna, who may I be speaking with?"

With closer inspection, the figure seems to be some sort of automaton, seemingly constructed out of some wood and lacking a face or any covering, exposing the various joints for different body parts with, peculiarly, no wires at all. It dances around the drone like a puppet controlled by strings, inspecting every surface with curiosity despite not having a face. After a brief moment, it finally snapped itself out of the obsessive inspection, and apologetically bows to the drone
"Ah...apologies, I was just attracted to your design. I am...hmm..."
The puppet ponders, doing a literal thinking pose with its wooden fingers scratching its wooden chin.
"You can call me "N"....like me me, not this body that I'm interacting with you with....anyhow I'm a researcher in hopes to investigate the anomaly which swallowed us, so I rented this entire station and set sail. What happens next....well you can already guess it, first, some foreigners blasted us despite us already raising a literal banner of "don't approach us", then some fish came in and cause even more damage...what about you? why are you...here?"

        Dumb
"Well, reports came in of a strange event happening here, the system seemed to have just done dark, despite people still coming and going we were unable to visually find the system, so we were sent out to figure out what has happened here, our first dive in we only dipped our toes in, finding a small group hiding out on a station, we got a small understanding of what was going on here, soon after we parted ways, we headed back home to re-think our mission here, but before we left we sent a probe deeper into the system" The drone showing images and videos taken during this time, though most of the empty darkness was edited out "Now we are back, we sadly came across the station we meet the first time.... however..... no contact was made..... we decided to not stick around and to keep pushing, and we are just now looking to re-locate that probe hopefully."

          "Interesting...very interesting indeed."
The puppet once again ponder about something, before literally cartoonishly spring up into the air.

"I'll have to ask the team, though, stretching our legs would be nice, ill get back to you as soon as I can, for now why not tell us a little more about yourself and where we are? we would love to know more N"

              "Hmm..."
The puppet scratches its chin, for the third time if anything, then it did a little fist-on-palm gesture.
"Aha, Lady Ra, do follow me."
With a dramatic bow and finger snap, the puppet turns around and walks toward the way in which it originally appeared from.

Going through a glamorous hallway for who-knows-how-long, Ra swear they had just been going in circles around the structure judging there ain't no depression nor elevation to the road itself, but regardless of how their path is on the exterior portion of the station...or at least presumed to be judging there is still one side of the wall being completely transparent, capable of looking to the external darkness, they still haven't come across the breach that Ra's drone intrudes this facility from, nor the rooms that the drone previously ventured.
"Hmm...perhaps starting from the station itself would be great...well this station's name is-"
For some unknown reasons, the station's name seems to be unheard. Ra thought that its the receiver on the drone that's malfunctioning, but judging that the puppet seems to be troubled by the phenomenon as well, its not just an issue on her end.
"Ah-ah....huh, vocal unit is not the issue. Anyway, the station's name is-......its called-.......sigh whatever, just call it whatever you want. Regardless of whatever its name is, this station is a research station, but of course I too armed it with some arsenal of my own, though most are depleted in previous encounters. As for where we are...to be completely honest I have no clue. Old star charts cannot provide any sort of help since there ain't any stars here...or that I came across, and with the encounters, this station had strayed far from its original course. So...... your turn perhaps?"

As for the rest of the team here, the Captain of this beautiful vessel we are aboard is a very lovely gentleman once he opens up" Laughter can be heard in the back followed by quiet chatter "Aside from him seems like the majority of us wouldn't mind stretching our legs a little, may we see these rooms before making our way in?"

                  "Sure!"
The puppet says gleefully, resuming it's path of walking forward. shortly after, just far enough to be hidden from the drone's original position, a sharp turn towards what seems to be an elevator built on the interior axial of the station. The puppet tottle over and press next to the door, and the interior of the elevator opens up, equally tidied and gold-leafed compare to the colloseum.
Going "up" the station, as directions are more or less relative to the environment, the drone find itself on a floor with not one, not two, but three layers of rooms, all aligned in circles extending outward and connected via the western and eastern corridors towards the central shaft of the elevator. all the rooms seem to be familiar to that peculiar one that the drone discovered beforehand, a king-sized bed, a dresser, a closet, and a semi-open bathroom and kitchen in-one. Of course, the relative space that the rooms on the outer perimeter are slightly bigger, with the usual top-to-bottom window for peeking to the outer void. Noticeably, there are rails on the floor and the ceiling, separating each circumference from the others as well as the central shaft, most likely for bulkheads to prevent extensive breaches
"So, how is it? There should still be some redundant furniture somewhere in case there is anything is missing, so don't worry!"

"Originally there are additional structures for docking, but since those are gone cuz those pesky visitors previously, guess you can "dock" either on the top or the bottom of the station via those evac channels"
It shrugs at the lack of better options, and shake its head quite furiously.

Immediately after landing on the evacuation duct, several figures, almost identical to that one met by the drone but with a varied girth of limbs and torsos, line up uniformly and bow towards the visitors.

"Welcome. Do wait here, the guide will arrive shortly."

The first one, standing out from the rest due to its comparatively larger size, lifts a board writing the above message, and after leaving the board floating in mid-air, the group went back into the duct and disappears out of sight, with vague vibration from the inner surface, perhaps caused by some sort of machinery or operation.
Shortly, the puppet which was with the drone previously, recognized by its overdone bowing, bows to the group and wave its hand to signal them to follow.

As the group follow the puppet some take pictures of the evacuation duct, while others seem to have a small robotic arm attached to their solder scanning their surroundings

As Ra starts speaking, the puppet dramatically claps its hands...to be exact, they only "see" it clapping the hands without hearing any sound produced from it. With the obstruction, Ra stopped her introduction, waiting for whatever consequence that the silent clapping would induce. After perhaps ten claps of the puppet, with a final and strong vibration of the walls, a gust of wind swept across the corridor, and the puppet stops clapping, leaving one audible clap in the air.
"Apologies, but evacuation ducts are usually left vacuumed as it is directly exposed to outer space, so it takes some time to redirect air into here. Anyway, do follow me."
Apparently not aware of Ra's introduction, the puppet wave its hand again to signal them to follow.
As Ra repeats her introduction once again, assorted data collected from the surroundings finished processing, and show that...well its just normal metallic structure with no gimmicks whatsoever.

A soft "ding" signals the arrival of their elevator unit, and with the door slowly sliding apart without a sound, the puppet waves its hand to usher everyone to get inside, before coming in last and press the buttons. As suggested by the display, there are about 20 buttons there excluding the close and open ones. Noticing the gaze of people on the interiors, especially the assorted buttons for directing the elevator, the puppet shrugs.
"This station, as shown here by the buttons, there is a total of 20 floors, which most would be freely accessible. Floor 20, 15, 10 and 5 are the evacuation floors, where evac pods are located in case of emergencies. Floor 18 to 17 are the cafeteria, served buffet style in all time but you can make your own dish if the provided ones don't suit your appetite. Floor 14 to 12 are the bunks, and you all shall be occupying floor 14. Of course, if anyone of you want to choose another room from another floor, we can arrange that as well, but do notify us first, and..."
The puppet's eyebrows furled for a bit, as if being reminded of past unfortunates.
"Do keep the place clean and tidy... Anyway, Floor 11 is a recreational floor, with assorted games I gathered from my home planet as well as some gifts from past visitors. There is also a pool and ball court for those who want to exercise. And Floor 9 to 6 will be the main science lab, where basic equipment for various fields can be found and borrowed, but if you want something advanced...well sadly there is none. Of course, if you want to help replenish our stock or update the equipment, we are more than happy to receive donations."
"Now, onto floors that I don't really recommend wandering into. Floor 19 is the control terminal of this entire station, and there are all sorts of defense mechanisms there in fear of pirating and sabotaging, so in no circumstance trespass into that floor unless you wish to become a fleshy beehive of bullet holes and beams. Floor 16 and floor 8 are the water storages as well as aquatic farms, fishing there is unadvised in fear of contamination. If you really prefer fishing sport there is a corner on floor 11 with small fish and crustaceans for your wants. Floor 4 to floor 1 are the central waste processing floors, and...well, waste, no need to explain there."
Just as it finish listing the functionality of different floors, the elevator slowed down and stopped, and with the soft "ding", the door opens up, showing the identical floor which the drone was, and still is, located, just next to the first layer of the circular layout.
