Alpheratz, returning from the HDC, was was detatched, along with a significant force, to approch an enemy of the Vaiaelons, Thrawn's Infinite Empire, to proffer an alliance.
Two days later, they emerged at the edge of the system, fleet dropping into formation. One Velgar-class super dreadnought, one Gelvan-class battlecarrier, three Haizen-class battleships, six Meltoria-class battlecruisers, eleven Dezariun-class heavy cruisers, fifteen Kelkavar-class light cruisers, and twenty-two Liavar-class destroyers warped out, the pride of the 8th, Alpheratz's finest.
