The ONI members read the message with heavy hearts, realizing the seriousness of the situation. They knew that the Lost Ocean was a destructive force that would surely bring chaos and devastation to the UEG space. Without wasting any time, they selected a heavy prowler.

HMBS Silent Whisperer

The prowler crew knew the severity of the matter and quickly relayed sensor and probe reading information back to ONI, broadcasting their location constantly.

Zendikarofthewest The governor expresses interest in what Rj'lkani is saying about the "broken world" and asks for clarification. They also ask who the Rj'lkani represents and why they are seeking a meeting with the UEG or one of its representatives. However, the governor struggles with pronouncing the Rj'lkani's name.

As the Silent Whisperer approaches the fallen moon, the prowler suddenly loses all communication with ONI. As this happens, something appears before them, almost... surfacing? As it appears, a transmission crackles through.

Ah, we finally meet. Let us discuss this aboard my ship.
The... ship? Moves alongside, clearly intending to dock.

        Darkstar
He ignores the first question entirely.
We are looking to establish possible... allies, as well as know who is out there.
He still looks like he is perhaps concealing something. He takes no offense at the mispronunciation, however, simply correcting him when it happens.

Zendikarofthewest "I appreciate your expressed interest in forming alliances and seeking knowledge about other groups. Would you do so kindly provide us with more detail about and the objectives pursued by a possible alliance?'

Zendikarofthewest The Prowler's captain, startled by the unexpected appearance and communication, quickly assesses the situation. Stealth protocols are now null. "Dump heat sinks, get me missile firing solutions, and prepare for boarding. This is a unique situation, and we must maintain vigilance."

The two ships eventually dock, and the Prowler's crew eagerly awaits to see who their unexpected guest is and what this encounter will entail.

              Darkstar
As the hatch opens, a tall, mustachioed man steps out, followed by several guards. As he walks, something almost seems... off, almost as if they are missing something. The man is garmillas, as expected, and nods to the captain.
Ahh, you are the captain of this good vessel, I presume.
He gives a wide, toothy grin.
              We have much to discuss.

                Zendikarofthewest

The Prowler's captain adopts a professional and courteous attitude, despite the unusual circumstances and the uneasiness it brings. The captain greets the tall, mustachioed man with a stern but contempt look on his face.

"stay where you are he says. This is as close as we get". Meanwhile, the dockingbay camera and sensors around the ship would listen to the conversation. Crew members stood armed behind the captain, holding sub machine guns and pistols. They keep them at a low ready. The rest of the crew monitor the situation from stations throughout the ship.

elsewhere in UNE space, a new batch of ships had recently entered the system. coming from the far off east, a series of 3 ships, one 935m vessel and a pair of 155 meter ships alongside it, one to either side. boasting a strange design on the main cruiser, the main section of the hull had two large bladed protrusions to either side, and a set of 5 large bars evenly spaced along them, coated with weapons, hangar bays and senor systems, each seemingly specialized. a nameplate rested on a pair of small side platforms, "SCV-FORAGER CLASS-CENTURION". the vessel appeared to have battle scars across its paint and lots of rust... but still in perfectly working order none the less. it was starting to scan its surroundings but not advancing forward, unknowing of what lied ahead.

at the head of the Centurion, seraphim was pacing back and forth, waiting for the scans to return. its been ages... quite literally infact, running diagnostics on all her systems, translation, weapons, scanners, surely something's gone wrong, to not have would be a statistical impossibility. but, she steadies herself. the exploration continues, looking for any sign of life in this strange new galaxy. what sort of tech do the species here have, how large are they, are they overly hostile like the chosen of old? or had they lucked out with friendly groups.... time will tell, and patience was not something she enjoyed.

The RBN destoryer Oxen Free assigned to patrol duties on the outskirts of the occulus neblula, home to a few habitable planets but a large industrial network of refuelling stations and gas collecting platforms picks up the formation of the unkown fleet on one of its launched probes. Sensor readouts put the largest of the ships just a few metres smaller than a light cruiser. However, the destroyer was only half of the ship in size.

The Oxen Free hails the lead ship after it gets closer to the indistrial platforms. This is the HMBS Oxen Free identify yourself.

The destoryer also arms itself incase it has to fire a warning shot.

First contact can be messy, lets hope it doesnt turn sour.

                      Darkstar the ship attempted to give a response, but mostly let out a distorted garble, insectoid gnashing and “sharp” words. “य̶̛̘͝ह̷̙̂̍ ̵͎̈́म̷̹́ͅै̸̺͠ͅल̴̘̄̍ा̸̭̫̃ ̴͍̈́̑͜ढ̴̯̌͑ो̶̤̉न̶̹̍͒े̴̠́ ̷̡̾͠व̴͚̻́ा̴̜̣̇͒ल̵̝̙̽ी̶̪̞̀ ̶̫̈́त̶̪̤̃क̴͚́̊न̸̩͂ी̴̧͒ͅक̶͙̔̕͜ ̷̪̔̕क̸̫̟̚ा̶͈̂ ̷̨̛̱व̵̧͒न̵͔́͠व̸͖̜̕͝ा̴̱͆̊स̸̢̬͑ी̸̞͑ ̴͇̒͜व̴̠̲̽र̶̷्̧̨̍͊͠ग̴͎͕̆͌ ̵̪̊̀͜अ̸̼͚͋͆न̵̵्̘͈͓͂̎व̶̟̽̊े̴̪̄ष̶̬̄ण̴̥̎͂ ̷̲̞͠क̴̸्̲̤̉̏̎͝र̸̠̘͗ू̸̨̽͂ज̶̰̺̔र̶̨̒ ̷͖͊स̶̱̭͠े̷̘̈͜ं̸̞̻̀च̴̺̐ु̴͎̬̂र̶̙͑ि̵̩̞̓̚य̵̢̦̔न̵̯͗ ̶̝͗ͅह̵̺̗͑̏ै̴͓͍̃̔”

after a short moment, the hissing sound of interference made the operators regret their life choices for a short few seconds and then a understandable message came in, a voice behind it sounding.. almost mechanical and with a light reverberation, but still with emotion.
“This is the forager class exploration cruiser Centurion, of the Scavengi Technocracy. We do not come seeking problems.”

after Seraphim was done speaking she shut off the mic and cursed to herself, it was broken as she thought… though not severely. She continued to work on it as she awaited the next response, hopefully no more problems will arise…

Gearshift48 The destoryer slows to an almost hault. No communications come from the destroyer before it responds.

" If you are requiring assistance due to the current state of your vessel, as per Naval Regulation NR-55-SOS-45-R we are obligated to assist and provide needed repairs to guarentee the saftey of your crew."

Recent changes to UEG foregin policy would see more cooperation with outsiders rather than barring them from their territory

                        Rj'lkani nods.
Mostly economic, though military cooperation would not be... opposed to. We of Alkonester have needs, and you have yours, and we believe that economic cooperation would be... mutually beneficial.

                          Darkstar
                          He smies.
                          As expected.
As he talks, they can almost see his shadow... move? Almost as if it is alive. However, it could just be a trick of the light.
I presume that ONI sent you?
                          He still seems... off.

He said, "We appreciate your efforts to establish friendly relations and trade between our factions. Still, I'd like to discuss another matter that is essential to our survival. As you may know, resources are scarce in our world, and sustaining the population is increasingly challenging. Therefore, we seek partners who would be open to the future possibility of immigration to our world."

He looks at his guests with keen interest, gauging their reaction to this proposition. The governor knew that immigration might not be a priority for other factions, but he had to stress how vital it was to the fallen moon's future, nonetheless.

                              Darkstar
                              He nods, understanding.
We are... open to immigration, with restrictions. Alkonester does not take its safety lightly, and any... foreign people makes that... difficult.
He still appears to be hiding something, perhaps related to that 'Broken World' he was talking about.

Zendikarofthewest The governor courteously acknowledges the captain's comment regarding limitations on military matters, but couldn't resist mentioning the importance of their world's sustainability.

"To reiterate, we see immigration as an opportunity we must explore. This may be something new to you, but we view it as a necessary measure. Consider it a trial run, if you will."

And I presume that you were informed of the reason? Of the reason why I contacted you again?
As he says this, they can definitely see his shadow move, as an eerie silence seems to spread across the space.

"No, we were not ," came the curt reply from the Captain, as they met Flektarn glinting gaze.

"Perhaps you could enlighten us about the reason for your sudden reappearance?" The captain asked, attempting to keep their tone measured and neutral. As he leaned in closer, the Captain felt his heart rate increase, and the hairs on the back of his neck stood on end. His eyes darted towards his shadow, anticipating any sudden movements. The other crew notice the shadow and descretly ready their weapons.
